PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

ONLINE PAYMENTS. To make a purchase online, use the PayPal Add to Cart buttons next to each item to make your payment with a debit card or credit card. If you pay with an eCheck, your order will not be shipped until the eCheck clears, which can take anywhere from 4 days to two weeks, depending on your bank.

CURRENCIES ACCEPTED. As of March 2008, PayPal accepts payments only in the following currencies: Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, U.S. Dollar, Yen, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, Hong Kong Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, Polish Zloty, Norwegian Krone, Hungarian Forint, and Czech Koruna.

MAIL-IN PAYMENTS. I accept checks or money orders drawn on U.S. currency from U.S. banks or institutions only. Please use the shopping cart to view the total purchase price. Then send your check, money order, or cashier's check payable to Joelle Steele or Joelle Steele Enterprises, to P.O. Box 8492, Lacey, WA 98509-8492.

SHIPPING - Books & CDs by Joelle Steele. Items are shipped FREE within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, sometimes sooner, rarely later. Shipping within the U.S. is First Class or Priority Mail Flat Rate via the United States Postal Service, or UPS Ground, depending on the quantity ordered. Shipping outside of the U.S. is Priority Mail International or Priority Mail International Flat Rate via the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING - Contracts, Forms, & Other Word Documents by Joelle Steele. Items are shipped via E-mail only, usually daily, and usually immediately upon receipt of payment. But please allow 24 to 48 hours, especially on weekends and holidays. If you have not received your contract within 2 working days, please contact me and your order will be reshipped.

SHIPPING - Books, DVDs, & Items by Other Authors or Entities. Items and books that are written or created by someone other than Joelle Steele are drop-shipped directly from the author/entity within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping is at the USPS rate for Priority Mail Flat Rate. Shipping outside of the U.S. is at the USPS rate for Priority Mail International Flat Rate.

WHOLESALE ORDERS for Books by Joelle Steele. I accept purchase orders for wholesale orders of books by Joelle Steele from retail garden center bookstores, wholesale nurseries and growers, and college bookstores. I supply only a form W-9 on request. All orders must be paid in advance of shipping. I do not invoice. I do not use ISBN numbers or bar codes.

REFUNDS and RETURNS. I do not accept returns unless an item is received damaged, in which case a replacement will be shipped. All sales are final and I do not issue refunds.
